金银花与山银花的微乳薄层色谱研究

摘要: [摘要]:目的:探讨微乳薄层色谱法(METLC)在金银花与山银花分离鉴定中的应用。方法:以聚酰胺薄膜为固定相,SDS-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳液为展开剂,绿原酸和木犀草苷作为标准品,对金银花和山银花进行微乳薄层色谱研究。结果:以含水量为75%的微乳液(SDS-正丁醇-正庚烷-水=6.7:15.8:2.5:75)-甲酸=9:1为展开剂,展出的斑点数量多、清晰、分离度好,且绿原酸与木犀草苷斑点Rf值适中,能够准确鉴定金银花与山银花。结论:本研究为金银花与山银花的定性鉴别提供了一种简便、准确、经济、快速的方法。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of microemulsion thin-layer chromatograph (METLC) in identification of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos. Methods METLC was carried out by using polyamide thin film as stationary phase,SDS-n-butanol-n-heptane-water microemulsion as developer,and Chlorogenic acid,galuteolin as control articles. Results The best developer for identifying Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos was microemulsion-methanol(9:1)of which the moisture content was 75%.the METLC shows more spots and better resolution,the Rf of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin was good for identification. Conclusions This investigation provide a simple,accurate,economical and fast way to study the quality of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos.
