摘要:

整体材料具有通透性好、传质速度快、性能稳定而且容易制作等优点。它不仅可以作为微柱液相色谱和毛细管电色谱的固定相,而且也可用作样品富集和酶反应器的载体。目前,整体材料已受到越来越多的关注,并被广泛应用于各个领域。本文对近两年有机基质和无机基质整体材料的研究进展及其在微柱分析领域中的应用进行了系统的综述。

Abstract: Due to the good permeability, fast mass transfer property, high stability, and the ease of modification, monolithic materials have been widely used in microcolumn separation systems, not only as the stationary phase for CEC and capillary HPLC, but also as the matrix for sample concentration and enzyme reactor. This review summarizes the development of monolithic materials according to the papers published in the past two years.
