摘要： The Prins reaction of isolongifolene gives a mixture of 8-acetoxymethylcycloisolongifoloene <Ⅱ> and 8-acetoxymethylisolongifolene <Ⅲ> as the reaction products.<Ⅱ> and <Ⅲ> are key intermediates for preparingaseries of perfumery, and they have not been separated earlier.We can now separate <Ⅱ> from the mixturethrough step elution column chromatography when silica gel H is used as the adsorbent, petroleum ether andethyl acetate as the eluent.The purity of the other product can reach 86.8%.
