摘要： A successful method for quantitative determination of ceftazidine in plasma and tissues by HPLC has beendeveloped with 10μm YWG C1 8 column of 4.6mm×250mm acetonilrile-methaiiol ( 85:15)mobile phase andUV detector dt 254nm. Average recoveries were 102. 06/for plasma and 90.09%for tissues. The detectionlimit for ceftazidine was 0.5μg/ML.
