摘要： A rapid and simple HPLC method was developed for the quantitative analysis of etopo-side in human serum. After being extracted with ethyl acetate, etoposide was analyzed by re-versed-phase HPLC column(YWG-C_(18)H_(37)) and UV-detector(230nm).The mobile phase wasamixture of water-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid(64: 35 :1),with a flow rate of 1mL/min. Over the concentration range of 0. 085～85μmol/L, the linear regression equation was:Y=292.17X+29.50(n=8,γ=0. 9902).
