摘要： The paper reports a determination method for eugenol in flos caryophylli and its preparation by using GCwith a 10%Carbowax-20 M glass column,1.1m ×φ3.2mm,and FID. Benzyl alcohol is used as internalstandard.The coefficient of variation of the methed is less then 0.7%(n=5)and the average recovery is99.6%.The methed is simple and accurate.
