摘要： An HPLC method for determination of l,3-diaminobenzene and N,N'-diacetyl-l,3-diaminobenzene in m-aminoacetanilide was developed.The column used was μ-Bondapak C_(18) with UV detector at 239 nm. The mo-bile phase was methanol-phosphate buffer solution(35 : 65, pH 6.5).The determination was based on the ex-ternal standard method.In the concentration range of l～15μg/mL calibration curves were linear.
