摘要： A review of the technique of HPLC column switching has been reported.It was used successifully in thestudy of pharmacokinetics and bioavailabily for seven drugs in our laboratory.It was detailed the conditionsand effective factors for determination of famotidine,mitoxantrone,gliquidone,difloxacin, ciprofloxascin,flucomzole and pseudoephedrine in blood.
