摘要： The objective of this study was to develop an HPLC method for the detection of the cefazolin concentra-tion in peritoneal dialysate of patients,Separation of the drug was performed on a YWG C_(18) column,using a0. 01mol/L sodium acetate buffer(pH 4.80):acetonitrile(85 :15)mobile phase and monitored at 254nm,Theaverage recovery of cefazolin was 96.69%±0. 62. Within-day and between-day precisions were better than3.4%and 6.0%,respectively.
