摘要： Measurement of rutinum in Ginkgo Biloba L. with reversed-phase HPLC is introduced. in this paper.Since gradient elution is used and 10%acetic acid is added in,the separating efficiency is satisfactory. Themethod has the advantages of low cost,fast separation and better reproducibility and recovery.
