摘要： A rapid and simple HPLC method was developed for the quantitative analysis of gliclazide in humanserum. After being extracted with benzene, gliclazide was analyzed by reversedphase HPLC colurnn (YWG-C(18)H(37)) and UV-detector(229nm) with tolbutamide as internal standard. The mobile phase was a mixture ofmethyl alcohol and 0.2%glacial acetic acid solution(5: 4 ) at a rate of 1mL/min. Over the concentrationrange of 0.25～32μmol/L, the linear regression equation was : Y=-0. 008412+0.1817X(n=8,r=0. 9996).
