摘要： A high performance liquid chromatographic method with electrochemical detection for measuring 5-hy-droxytryptamine(5-HT) in the dental pulp of white rat is presented in the paper.Protein was precipitated by3.3%trichloroacetic acid and 200μL of supernatant was injected.Chromatography was performed on aYWG-C(18) column. Isoproterenol was used as internal standard.The calibration curve was linear within therange of 0. 125～2ng/mL.
