摘要： A simple and Sensitive method for the simultaneous measurement of serotonin(5-HT)and 5-hydroxyin-doleacetic acid(5-HIAA)in plasma is described.Plasma samples,only deproteinated,without further extraction,were directly injected into and high performance liquid chromatographic column and detected electrochemically. Within 18 min,the total separation was achieved.The recovery reached over 90%. The coefficient of variation inretention time was less than 2.5%and in peak area was less than 1.2%.
