摘要： Gilson ASTED (automated sequential trace enrichment of dialysates)is a sample preparation system for high performance liquid chromatography.It combines dialysis and trace enrichment for on line pretreatment of biological materials.The performance of this system is simple and fast.One can count on a high degree of accuracy and reproducibility.ASTED system is extremely suitable for the pretreatment of biological and food samples.
