毛细管电泳技术在疾病相关蛋白质分析中的应用

摘要: 人类疾病及与疾病防治相关的蛋白质的识别、鉴定等是目前生命科学亟待解决的问题。疾病相关蛋白质的分析以质谱和二维凝胶电泳为主要依托工具。近年来毛细管电泳技术在分离蛋白质时具有简单、快速、低耗、可自动化、高通量等优点,且具有多种分离模式和多种检测手段可供选择,已越来越多的应用于临床。本文综述了毛细管电泳技术在常见疾病的相关蛋白质分析中的应用,包括肿瘤疾病、神经退行性疾病、输血性传染病等方面。由于蛋白质组学的快速发展、毛细管电泳技术自身的不断完善,毛细管电泳技术在临床疾病方面将会有更广阔的应用空间。

Abstract: One of the most urgent things in life science is to find the special proteins to treat the human disease. As for this, the most important parts must be the technologies for separation and identification the special proteins. Among most technologies, MS always used as identification tool, while many technologies can be used for separation, like 2-DE, HPLC, and capillary electrophoresis (CE). CE shows many advantages such as high separation efficiency, high speed, low sample cost, and many kinds of modes and different detections can be chosen in analysis of proteins. In this paper, we summarized the application of CE in human disease, such as tumor, neurodegenerative disease and infectious disease caused through blood transfusion, etc. The satisfactory data showed that CE had become one of the most effective tools in analysis of illness related proteins.
