摘要： Vitamin D in the VDHCD inclusion complex was determined by HPLC on a Resolve silica column usingamobile phase of n-hexane:n-amylalcohol=95:5(V/V)and UV detection at 254 nm.The quantitative de-termination was performed with dimethyl phthalate as the internal standard.
