摘要： A new simple and rapid quantitative,emethod was established for the determination of β-carotene in citruspeei oil by means of reversed-phase HPLC with ODS column and methanol/chloroform(90:10)eluate。 There covery for standards was 96.4%。The content of β-carotene in citrus oil from Huangyan was 7.7mg/100mL.
