摘要： An HPLC method for the determination of histamine(HA)in platelet.based on pre-column derivatiza-tion with o-phthalaldehvde(OPA ).is described.The HA was allowed to react with OPA at -10℃ for30min.HPLC was performed on a reversed-phase column with isocratic elution using sodium acetate buffer inmethanol as eluent system.A fluorescence detection system was used;excitation was set at 350.0nm andemission was read at 445.5nm,A good linear relationship was found in the range of 3.75×10￣(-3)～10. 5nmol.
