摘要： A rapid and effective purification of superoxide dismutase from bovine erythrocytes by MPLC is repoted.After bovine erythrocytes were treated with chloroform-ethanol to remove hemoglobin,acetone was used toremove contaminant proteins.Then highly purified Cu-Zn SOD(the specific activity was 10 000～15 000U/mg pr.)was obtained by twice DEAE-Sepharose chromatography using different eluting procedures.SDS-PAGE of the Cu-Zn SOD purified as above revealed one band. The molecular weight was 1 5 000～17 000.
