摘要： In this paper, it is described that tetramethyl ammonium saIts of sorbic,benzoic and phenylacetic acids reactwith 1-iedobutane directly in N,N-dimethylformamide solution to forrn butyl esters of the corresponding acids. The butyl esters can be well separated by gas chron1atography on a column packed with 5%SE-30/102 silanizedwhite support.This methed has been used for the determination of benzoic and sorbic acids in ffors and drinks。The analysis is simple,fast and accurate.
