摘要： A high performance liquid chromatographic procedure, for the determination of ortho-, meta- and para- toluenesulfonamide (TSA) is described . Chromatography is performed on a Shim-Pack CLC-SIL(150×6mm i. d. ) column with a mobile phase of n-hexane (or petroleum ether 60-90℃ )-tetrahydrofuran-methanol 78.5:21: 0.5(V/V) and UV detection at 268nm. The linearity of the method was checked by plotting the peak area of TSA versus the added contents of TSA.
