Developments and applications of microfluidic chip-based chromatographic technique

Abstract: Microfluidic chip-based chromatographic technique has undergone rapid progress in recent years. The progress in the fabrication of chromatographic columns, the design of valves and pumps, the integration of these components into a single chip and the applications of the chip-based chromatographic systems, are reviewed, and 66 references are cited.
